Who we are

This website is operated by Centangle Global LLC, a company registered in the United States. Centangle Global LLC is the data controller for personal data submitted through this site.

Registered address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

For anything in this policy, contact us at contact@centangleglobal.com.

What this policy covers

This policy explains what happens to personal data you send us through this website. It does not cover data handled inside a client engagement — that is governed by the contract and any data processing agreement signed for that project.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information.

What you give us. If you fill in the enquiry form on one of our service pages, we collect your answers about your business (for example what you sell, where you sell it, roughly how many products or orders you have, when you would like to start and whether the price works for you), your first name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your mobile number and a link to your shop or Instagram. If you then book a call, Calendly collects your name, email address, the time you chose and anything you type into the booking questions. If you email us, we hold whatever your message contains.

With your enquiry we also record which page you filled it in on and, if you arrived from an advert or a tracked link, which one (the campaign details in the link, and the click identifier Facebook or Instagram adds to it). This tells us which adverts bring real enquiries. It is kept in your browser only for the length of your visit, and nowhere else until you submit the form.

We count visits ourselves, anonymously, whether or not you accept cookies: which page was opened, which advert or link led to it, whether it was a phone or a computer, roughly how long the page was open, how far it was scrolled, and whether the cookie banner and the enquiry form were used. This sets no cookie, stores nothing in your browser, and records no IP address, name or anything else that identifies you or your device, so it cannot be linked to you or to an enquiry. We use it only to see how many visits our adverts really bring and how our pages perform, and we keep it for 90 days.

What is collected automatically. With your consent, we use analytics and advertising tools that record how you use this site — pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, approximate location, device and browser. Some of this is recorded as a replay of the page. We do not use it to identify you personally, and you can refuse it without losing access to anything.

How enquiries and bookings are processed

When you submit the enquiry form, it goes to our own server over an encrypted connection. From there it is passed through an automation service, Make.com, into a Google Sheets spreadsheet that serves as our list of enquiries, where it is also used to schedule the follow-up emails we send you. If you book a call, Calendly passes your details to our inbox and calendar, and your enquiry is marked as booked so we do not chase you unnecessarily.

Where you have consented to advertising cookies, we also tell Meta, from your browser and from our server, which of our pages you viewed, whether you clicked to email or message us, and whether an enquiry or booking happened, so we can see which adverts led to real enquiries and so Meta can show our adverts to people more likely to be interested. For page views and clicks, what our server sends is your IP address, browser details, the advertising cookies already in your browser, a random identifier for your browser (scrambled before it is sent), and the page and advert details described above. For an enquiry or booking it also includes your email address, mobile number (if given) and first name, but only in hashed form: scrambled one way, so Meta can match them to an existing Facebook or Instagram account but cannot read them. If you do not consent, none of this is sent to Meta.

Our server keeps a small record of each enquiry for up to 30 days, so a later booking can be matched to it. If you consented to advertising cookies, it holds the same hashed details, IP address, browser details and advertising cookies described above; if you did not, it holds only which page and advert the enquiry came from. It also keeps short-lived records of connection addresses, used only to limit repeated or automated submissions.

Why we use it

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, scope potential work, and stay in touch about it. After you submit the form we may send you a few short emails related to your enquiry, for example our checklist of what to prepare, or what the work would cost. Every one of them lets you unsubscribe, and we stop as soon as you ask.

Our basis for doing so is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us and in following them up, and your consent where we rely on it (for example for advertising measurement, which you choose in the cookie banner).

How long we keep it

Enquiries, including the entry in our enquiry spreadsheet, are retained for 24 months from our last contact with you and then deleted, unless the enquiry becomes a client engagement, in which case it is retained for the life of the contract and for seven years afterwards to meet accounting and legal obligations. The record kept on our server is deleted after 30 days.

Analytics and advertising records are kept for the retention period each provider applies — Google, Microsoft and Meta each set their own, and none of them is longer than 26 months for this kind of data.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising beyond what is described here. It is shared only with the processors we use to run this site, and with anyone we are legally required to disclose it to.

  • Calendly — bookings
  • Make.com — passing enquiries and bookings from this site to our enquiry spreadsheet
  • Google — Google Sheets, where our enquiry list is kept
  • Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, Facebook and Instagram, including through Meta’s Conversions API as described above
  • Google — analytics and advertising measurement, through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Microsoft — Clarity, which records how pages are used

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Anything beyond what is strictly necessary is set only after you agree, and you can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Strictly necessary: remembering your cookie choice. No consent is needed for this one, because without it we would have to ask you on every page.

For the length of your visit only, your browser also keeps the advert and campaign details from the link you arrived on, so they can be sent with your enquiry if you submit one. This uses the browser’s session storage, not a cookie; it is never sent anywhere unless you submit the form, and it is deleted when you close the tab.

Analytics and advertising, set only with your consent:

  • Google — how many people visit, which pages they read, and which adverts brought them here
  • Microsoft Clarity — a replay of how pages are used: mouse movement, clicks and scrolling, with text masked
  • Meta Pixel — which pages were viewed and whether an advert led to an enquiry or a booking

International transfers

Our delivery team is based in Pakistan. Calendly, Make.com, Meta, Google and Microsoft are based in, or transfer data to, the United States.

Where required, those transfers rely on the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or on the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask us to do any of the following with the personal data we hold about you:

  • Send you a copy of it
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
  • Delete it
  • Limit how we use it
  • Stop using it for a particular purpose
  • Send it to you in a portable, machine-readable format
  • Withdraw your consent to analytics and advertising at any time, using the Cookie settings link in the footer — this does not undo anything we did before you withdrew it

How to exercise them

Email contact@centangleglobal.com and we will respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Security

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the inbox and the enquiry spreadsheet that receive them is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send confidential material, credentials, or sensitive personal data through the contact form.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
