Which service do I need?
Start from what’s wrong, not from the platform. If none of these sounds like you, book a call and we’ll say so.
- Selling online properly for the first time: a Shopify store, or a WooCommerce shop if you’re already on WordPress.
- On WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Magento, BigCommerce or Etsy, and moving to Shopify: moving a store to Shopify.
- A Shopify store that’s slow on phones: a Shopify speed fix.
- A Shopify store that looks older than your business: a Shopify store redesign.
- A site you can’t edit, or need to edit yourself: a WordPress website.
- A build someone started and didn’t finish: taking over a build.
What if my project is bigger than these?
Bigger than these? Membership sites, catalogues above the ceilings, custom features, anything with customer logins: quoted after the call, in writing, with its own list of what’s not included.
How does every project run?
- 01
A 20-minute call
What you sell, what you have now, what it needs to do. If a package fits, we say which. If nothing does, we say that too.
- 02
The scope, in writing
What’s included, what isn’t, the price, the dates, and what we need from you and by when. Nothing starts until you’ve agreed it.
- 03
The design
Your pages in Figma, with your products and your words in them. You go through it and mark what you’d change. Two rounds of changes are included.
- 04
You approve it
Only then does anyone write code. This is the step that keeps the last week quiet.
- 05
The build
You get a written note at the end of every week on what moved and what is next. You can open the staging site, which is the private copy of your site while it is being built, whenever you like.
- 06
Launch and handover
On a dated day. What you receive is listed further down.
- 07
Thirty days of fixes
Anything that breaks in the first thirty days after launch, we fix, at no charge.
What do we do, and what don’t we do?
What we do
- Shopify stores, on a theme or designed from scratch
- Moves to Shopify from WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Magento, BigCommerce and Etsy
- Shopify speed fixes, measured before and after
- Shopify store redesigns, on your existing catalogue
- WordPress websites you can edit yourself
- WooCommerce shops
- Finishing builds someone else started
What we don’t do
- SEO, ads or email marketing
- Writing your copy, beyond editing what you send
- Photography
- Logo or brand identity design
- Work in French
What else do people ask?
Are the prices the same in the UK and Canada?
Yes. Every price is in US dollars, and it’s the same figure in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
How long does a project take?
From 5–10 working days for a speed fix to 4–5 weeks for a redesign. Each service’s timeline is listed above, and the dates are written into the scope before you agree to anything.
Can you just look at my existing site?
Yes. A paid diagnostic call, and the fee comes off a larger project if you go ahead.
Is the price actually fixed?
Yes, for the scope printed on the page. If you ask for something outside it, we quote that separately and you decide before we build it. Nothing is added to an invoice without your agreement first.
Do you do SEO, ads or email marketing?
No. We design and build sites and stores. If you need marketing, we’ll say so plainly rather than sell you something we don’t do.
Want to talk it through?
Book a 20-minute call: what you sell, what you have now, and what it needs to do. You’ll leave knowing which service fits, what it costs, what it doesn’t include, and when it could be live. If nothing fits, we’ll say so.
