Shopify store setup · US
Shopify store setup service for US businesses, at a fixed $1,250
$1,250 · up to 50 products · live in 2 weeks · prices in US dollars
The short answer
We set up Shopify stores for US businesses for a fixed $1,250. That covers a theme set up around your products, or a design from scratch if the brief needs it, up to 50 products loaded, and payments, shipping and sales tax set up. It’s typically live in 2 weeks, and you pay Shopify directly, from $25 a month.

As of October 2026

- Shopify Basic costs $25 a month, or $19 a month paid yearly, on Shopify’s US pricing page (checked October 27, 2026).

- You see the store in Figma, with your products in it, and approve it before anyone writes code. Two rounds of changes are included.

What does Shopify cost each month in the US?
The subscription and any apps are paid by you directly, in US dollars, so nothing sits in our name. These are the plans on Shopify’s US pricing page, checked October 27, 2026:
- Basic: $25 a month, or $19 a month paid yearly
- Grow: $65 a month, or $49 a month paid yearly
- Advanced: $399 a month, or $299 a month paid yearly
- Plus: from $2,300 a month
How do you set up sales tax on a US Shopify store?
Since the Supreme Court’s 2018 decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair, a state can require a seller with no physical presence there to collect its sales tax, and each state sets its own threshold. California’s is more than $500,000 of sales into the state in the current or previous calendar year. New York’s is more than $500,000 and more than 100 sales over the previous four sales tax quarters. Delaware, Montana and Oregon have no general sales tax.
Shopify Tax works out US sales tax by street address, not just ZIP code. It’s free until a store reaches $100,000 in sales (lifetime sales, for stores created on or after May 13, 2026), then Shopify charges a fee on each US order it calculates tax for: 0.35% on most plans, capped at $0.99 an order. Shopify doesn’t file or remit your sales tax unless you set up its automated filing.
What we do: Tax is set up in every store we build, for the states where you’re registered to collect. On a Shopify store, we set up Shopify Tax if you choose it. Whether to use its automated filing is for you and your accountant.
We set it up with you; we don’t give tax advice.
Which payments and carriers can a US store use?
Shopify’s US pricing page doesn’t list its card rates (checked October 27, 2026), and we don’t print a figure we can’t source. With a payment provider other than Shopify Payments, Shopify adds its own fee of 2%, 1% or 0.6%, depending on the plan.
For US stores, Shopify Shipping sells labels from USPS, UPS, DHL eCommerce, DHL Express and FedEx. The two DHL services cover the continental United States only, and UPS labels aren’t available in Puerto Rico.
What we do: Shipping is set up in every store we build: the zones, the rates and the carriers you use.
Do I need a theme or a design from scratch?
Most stores start on a theme, set up around your products, colors and logo rather than the other way round. A design from scratch is for when a theme won’t carry the brand. Both are in the same fixed price; a paid theme license, if the design needs one, isn’t.
Either way, you see your store in Figma, with your products and your words in it, and mark what you’d change. Two rounds of changes are included, and nothing is built until you’ve approved it.
Should I hire a Shopify expert to set up my store?
Not always, and if we don’t think you need us, we’ll say so on the call. What the fixed price buys is the design approved before anything is built, the fiddly parts set up for you, and a store that’s entirely in your name on handover day.
What if I have more than 50 products?
Then this package doesn’t fit, and we’ll quote you properly, in writing, before you pay us anything.
Bigger than these? Membership sites, catalogs above the ceilings, custom features, anything with customer logins: quoted after the call, in writing, with its own list of what’s not included.
Who builds the store?
Centangle Global is a US company, with its delivery team in Islamabad, building websites since 2013. Recent Shopify work includes eshopp, a store for a mobile and repair retailer in Canada, which you can open at eshopp.ca.
How does a Shopify store setup work?
- 01
A 20-minute call
What you sell, what you have now, what it needs to do. If a package fits, we say which. If nothing does, we say that too.
- 02
The scope, in writing
What’s included, what isn’t, the price, the dates, and what we need from you and by when. Nothing starts until you’ve agreed it.
- 03
The design
Your pages in Figma, with your products and your words in them. You go through it and mark what you’d change. Two rounds of changes are included.
- 04
You approve it
Only then does anyone write code. This is the step that keeps the last week quiet.
- 05
The build
Your products loaded from what you send, then payments, shipping and tax set up, and every app named and priced before it’s installed. You get a written note at the end of every week.
- 06
Launch and handover
Your domain connected, on a dated day, with a recorded walkthrough of the three things you’ll most often want to change.
- 07
Thirty days of fixes
Anything that breaks in the first thirty days after launch, we fix, at no charge.

What else do people ask?
How much does it cost to set up a Shopify store?
$1,250 in US dollars with us, for up to 50 products, with payments, shipping and tax set up. The Shopify subscription and any apps are separate, and you pay them directly.
How long does it take to set up a Shopify store?
Typically 2 weeks. The clock starts when you approve the design, not when you first email, and the dates are written into the scope before you agree to anything.
Can I edit it myself afterwards?
Yes. You get the admin login and a recorded walkthrough of the three things you’ll most often want to change. If you’d rather never touch it, that’s fine too, and you’ll know what a change costs before you ask for it.
Is the price actually fixed?
Yes, for the scope printed on the page. If you ask for something outside it, we quote that separately and you decide before we build it. Nothing is added to an invoice without your agreement first.
Do I own everything?
Yes. Domain, Shopify account, theme files, images. All in your name from the start, so nobody can hold them over you.
What do I pay upfront?
Half. The rest at launch. If you’ve been burned before, that’s the point of the split.
Do you collect or file sales tax for me?
No. We set your store up to charge sales tax in the states where you’re registered to collect it. Registering, filing and paying are yours, or your accountant’s, and each state’s revenue department publishes its own rules.
Do you work with businesses anywhere in the US?
Yes, by email, call and WhatsApp. Centangle Global is a US company, formed in 2025, with its delivery team in Islamabad, building websites since 2013.
Do you have an office in the US?
Our registered address is in Sheridan, Wyoming. It isn’t a staffed office: we work with clients by email, call and WhatsApp, on +1 (307) 269-6427, and our delivery team is in Islamabad.
